What areas do you service?

We serve the Oklahoma City metro area.

What do I need to do to prepare for the rental?

Make sure there will be easy access to the set up site for the delivery. Clean up any sticks, rocks, animal waste, and any other debris around the site. Make certain there is access to a dedicated circuit within 75-100 ft of the site. We can generally access a fenced yard with no problem if there is an opening of 36 in or more. The set up site should be reasonably flat and clear of obstacles and power lines.

Can the inflatable be used wet?

Most inflatables are not made to be used with water. We do have several units that can be used wet. Any unit used in conjunction with a swimming pool, slip and slide, sprinkler or water hose will be charged as a wet unit.

What if it rains or is very windy?

We do not operate our inflatable’s in high winds (in excess of 25 MPH), rain, or temperatures below 45 degrees. If it is raining or high winds are in the area, we are not able to set-up outside. If the weather is uncertain, we will call you two hours or so before the event and give you the option to reschedule (preferred option), cancel, or direct us to an alternate location indoors. We will not give refunds due to rain or high winds once we have set up the inflatable and left your event.

NOTE: Rentals will be cancelled if there has been rain or snow within 12 hours prior to the rental start time.

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the Adventure Inflatable?

You will need to assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the inflatable is in use. This adult must know all the safety rules and make sure they observed. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment. We will provide a Rental Agreement, Release, & Acknowledgment form for you to review and sign upon delivery. We may ask to see proper identification to insure you are 18 years of age or older. Children may enter the unit once the form is signed.

How many children can fit in a bouncer?

Generally speaking, 5-9 children at one time. This really depends on the age and size of the children that are bouncing. Remember, the Adult supervisor should group children of like size and age together for bouncing.

Does it need electricity? How much will it use?

Yes. The inflatable requires a dedicated (3 prong) 20 amp circuit. The blower uses as much electricity as an indoor fan once the bouncer is fully inflated.

Can the Inflatable be set up indoors or on a driveway surface?

Yes, it can be set up indoors and on a driveway surface as long as all the proper clearances are met. There is an additional charge for hard surface set-up. If we set up in a yard, please make sure there are no utilities or sprinklers under the bounce area.

How much room do I need to have for the Inflatable?

Moonwalks: Our Funhouse (15 x 15) requires 16 ft x 16 ft. These units are approximately 15 ft high. Slides: The Combo-Slide requires 14ft x 20.5ft of clearance. It is approximately 16.5 ft tall. The Bungee-Run and Obstacle Course require 15 x 37 ft and a height of 20 ft.

What is your Cancelation Policy?

Our Cancelation Policy is as follows: Deposits are Non-Refundable. In the event of a weather cancelation (Event Canceled by us due to wind, rain, snow, etc.) we will refund your deposit.
